I moved with my Vespa GT 200 L (US model) to Europe Now I am having trouble with the local DMV to get the vehicle registered. They require the max. power ….KW @ ... RPM I have a manual giving this information but for the GT 200 only (engine M 312 M). (Information I need are in this manual on page 18 & 21) I need it for the GT 200 L (engine M 316M) Does any one of you have a manual for the GT 200 L or any other documentation which shows the max. power as it relates to the M 316 M engine. Would sincerely appreciate if you could copy the relevant pages and e-mail to me. Otherwise I am stuck with this great scooter and can not drive it legally. Bruno
