Hello, I have my father's 1978 Vespa and I would like to restore it to its former glory. My son is able to do the work, but we need a Vespa guru in our area to consult with. Are there any Vespa experts out there in the York/Harrisburg PA area that have experience with restoration? including rebuilding or replacing the engine? Thank you!
