I want to buy a new Vespa. To what extent, if any, might I expect to be able to haggle? I want to buy new. Thanks.

I can only tell you what I did. I went to the Vespa USA web site and looked at the discounts that they had on their scooters. I picked out the two that I would like to have and then went to my local dealer. His price was higher (I expected that) so I informed him of the discounts listed on the Vespa site. I told them that I could by from them or a dealer in CA and have it shipped to me free. I got my price. I must say that I am new here and surprised that no one answered your post.
